Warranty

Almost all product from our offer are covered with manufacturers warranty. We remind that manufacturers offer warranty for period of 1 or 2 years, Equadent is not a company that provides warranty since it's not a manufacturer. We repect manufacturers warranty requirements. If technical flaws are detected product should be sent back on your owan cost to Equadent together with description of issues. Next, Equadent sends the product to manufacturer, general importer in order to have it provide warranty fix. Average time of repair is 14 working days, counting from day of providing product to repair.  There is a possibility to send product directly to service (ommiting Equadent) which often accelerates entire process. In special instances (parts imported from abroad) the repair time can be extended untill 30 days or longer, in that instance we will inform customer by e-mail or by phone.
